What.
- Sets when the House meets each day: Mondays at 2 p.m., Tuesdays at noon (or 2 p.m. if no business Monday), Wednesdays and Thursdays at noon, all other days at 9 a.m.
- Allows the House to change these times by separate vote if needed.
